We ship to the continental US; all states, excluding Alaska and Hawai’i.

No. Each project has multiple vendors and delivery timelines are based on vendor shipping, availability, size, and location.

Because of the complex nature of our product, we don’t currently offer shipment tracking. We hope to add this feature in the future.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

White Glove Service is included with all large items. For installation (set up & arrangement), however, there are two possible solutions:
We will send installation instructions for you to either DIY or hire the helper of your choice.
For qualified projects, a designer and design assistant will travel to you to install your project for you (after 100% of the items have been delivered). Additional cost will vary.

No, however, if you prefer the traditional flexibility typically found in interior design, you can request a custom design here.

Depends. Timelines are dependent on waitlist times, shipping times, and size of project.
RETURNS

All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately -within 48hrs of delivery- and we will either send a repairperson or send a replacement as soon as possible.
